Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad seeks a Regional Business Architect / Business Analyst to expand Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and digital payment services, collaborating with stakeholders to analyse opportunities for process improvement and STP.

The role requires strong business analysis skills, experience in agile methodologies, and knowledge of payments systems (GIRO, RENTAS, TT). You will drive end-to-end process design and liaison with technology teams for aligned delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Architect/Analyst in banking digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in agile/SCRUM, SDLC, and modernizing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of Payment/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking front to back.
• Design and document customer service fulfilment process models and data flows.
• Translate regional business requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Collaborate with product managers, operation users and technology teams to implement features.
• Stay updated on industry trends, microservices, API and cloud technologies.
