Job summary

Central Plaza I-City Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Car Park Manager to implement SOPs, oversee traffic flow, and manage car park systems within the mall complex in Selangor, Malaysia.

The role requires supervising a small team, coordinating with maintenance and security, and ensuring policy compliance across vendors and contractors. You will handle season passes, reporting, scheduling, staff grooming, and tenancy relations, while maintaining high service standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team.
• PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), knowledge in the operations of car park systems & equipment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – including relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure car park SOPs are implemented.
• Maintain smooth traffic flow for entry, exit, and car park areas.
• Operate and control car park management systems.
• Conduct weekly team meetings.
• Ensure vendor/contractor activities comply with policy and procedures.
• Attend routine inquiries, correspondence, and general administrative duties.
• Coordinate with maintenance and security regarding car park matters.
• Handle season pass applications and records.
• Verify and submit daily collections reports.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Plan monthly staff schedules and track attendance/overtime.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct.
• Build good relations with mall tenants and occupants.
• Address complaints and report incidents to Manager, Car Park.
• Respond to accidents and incidents in the car park area.
• Perform duties and assignments as directed by the Manager, Car Park.
