Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day car park operations.
• Support daily operations activities.
• Sustain the car park’s and staff image.
• Monitor manpower planning and allocation for the relevant car park.
• Coach staff on performance regularly.
• Provide on-the-job training on people management & customer service.
• Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.
• Build rapport with Landlord/Building Manager/Customer.
• Conduct market research and explore business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
