Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the Hong Kong market from Malaysia. The role focuses on owning the customer journey, addressing enquiries, and improving processes while maintaining high service levels.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm or 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, five days a week. No night shift. The position is a 1-year contract with renewal potential.

Qualifications

• Cantonese speaking is a mandatory requirement.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (read, write and speak) is highly preferred.
• Effective communication skills to manage customer enquiries, explain processes, and handle both simple and complex questions.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) for daily operations, reporting, and coordination.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially for transactional, invoicing, and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer journey as the single focal point and drive continuous improvements while genuinely caring for customers.
• Handle standard and moderately complex enquiries by sharing information and explaining processes and procedures.
• Identify gaps in existing processes, systems, and procedures within the assigned area and work in a structured, routine, and standardised environment.
