Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Penang team for an on-site training program of 4-6 weeks, with accommodation provided. The role concentrates on Cantonese-language customer support in a fast-paced environment and offers a strong start for career development.

You will handle calls, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining thorough records and aiming to improve overall service

Formación

• Fluency in Cantonese and strong communication skills.
