Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support (fresh grads with relevant skills considered).
• Experience in SaaS or professional services preferred.
• Fluent in spoken English; Cantonese a must.
• Must be based in Malaysia and able to work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multichannel support via email, live chat, and phone with speed and clarity.
• Troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, accounting, and compliance for HK clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting, and Tech teams.
• Identify recurring pain points and suggest improvements to workflows or help center content.
