Job summary

Responsibilities

• Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
• This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.
