Startek Malaysia invites applications for a Customer Service role requiring Cantonese speakers. This full-time position offers a day shift (9AM-6PM) with weekends off, across Monday to Friday. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and friendly support to our customers.

Strong Cantonese communication is essential; fresh graduates are welcome with paid training. Minimum salary RM2800 plus performance incentives and a joining bonus of RM2500.

Qualifications

• High school (SPM level) required.
• Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; paid training provided.
• Strong Cantonese communication skills in written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about background check services, processes, and results.
• Process background check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
