Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive - Sales & Marketing (Sales Operation) to execute and manage sales operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure SOP/WI compliance, coordinate internal audits, and support sales teams while maintaining documentation, price lists, and KPI reporting.

The role involves cross-functional liaison with supply chain and other departments and may include staff training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong numerical ability with competency in management reporting.
• Ability to liaise with competitors and suppliers to gather market information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs and WI for accurate, compliant sales operations.
• Coordinate sales operations processes, documentation, and reporting discipline.
• Provide operational support to sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and quality requirements.
• Prepare KPI tracking reports and meeting minutes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain master price list and ensure updates.
• Train and supervise EG06 and below staff; plan attendance records.
• Liaise between sales, supply chain, and internal departments for coordination.
• Monitor office expenditures and coordinate with vendors on contracts and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
