Job summary

Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is seeking an Admin Executive (Hostel & Campus Management) to join our Penang Pykett Campus team. You will be the operational backbone, handling hostel operations, facilities coordination, and administrative oversight to support a vibrant student community.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, flexibility to work Tue-Sat, and on-call availability for emergencies, with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Ability to work Tue-Sat, 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility for hostel-related needs.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies beyond hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage hostel operations, including resident check-ins/check-outs and room allocation.
• Oversee administrative records, contracts, inventories and SOP files.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Monitor hostel occupancy and prepare operational updates for stakeholders.
• Assist with ISO-QMS documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support budget preparation and data entry into the college finance system.
