Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle beverage preparation, operate espresso equipment, and maintain station cleanliness while providing a superior guest experience. Fluency in English and BM is preferred with Mandarin considered a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to café standards.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist senior baristas or supervisors during peak hours.
• Educate customers on menu items and recommend beverages.
