Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Barista to join our café team in Malaysia. The candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso-based beverages, and excellent customer service to deliver a premier guest experience.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, and assist during peak hours while providing friendly service in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.

• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to café standards.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist senior baristas or supervisors during peak hours.
• Educate customers on menu items and recommend beverages.
