Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a passionate Barista to join our café team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will prepare beverages, operate espresso machines and grinders, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and assist during busy periods while educating customers on menu items and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods and latte art.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and able to lead by example.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist senior baristas or supervisors during peak hours.
• Educate customers on menu items and recommend beverages.
