Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Bandar Sri Permaisuri is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and help manage opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service. You will lead a team to maintain high standards and assist in strategic planning for cost control and inventory management.

Responsibilities include creating staff schedules, supervising and training the team to uphold professionalism, and supporting stock takes and ordering. Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or O-Level required.
• 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
