Job summary

Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a C&B & HR Analytics Specialist to drive compensation and benefits analysis, workforce cost management, and HR data insights. This role collaborates with HR, Finance, and Management to support compensation planning, budgeting, and people-cost optimization.

You will analyze payroll, headcount, and workforce costs, prepare monthly HR analytics reports and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in C&B, HR Analytics, Payroll or related fields.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, HRIS, or other analytics tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data and programs.
• Support annual salary reviews and compensation planning.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support internal pay equity analysis.
• Evaluate benefits costs and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare C&B reports and recommendations for management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and translating HR information into meaningful insights to support management decision-making.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Management to support compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and people-cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data and programs.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and compensation planning.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support internal pay equity analysis.
• Evaluate benefits costs and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare C&B reports and recommendations for management.

HR Analytics & Workforce Planning

• Analyze payroll, headcount, and workforce costs to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare monthly HR analytics reports and dashboards.
• Support workforce cost forecasting, manpower budgeting, and HR planning.
• Develop meaningful HR metrics and dashboards to enhance management visibility.

Management Reporting & Data Insights

• Translate HR data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Highlight key trends, risks, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and business cases as required.

HR Data Governance & Improvement

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain consistent workforce and cost information.
• Improve HR reporting processes, data visualization, and analytics efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or equivalent qualification.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in C&B, HR Analytics, Payroll or related fields.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
