HR Analytics & Insights: Leverage HRIS platforms to track key metrics such as turnover trends, time-to-hire, and diversity data; synthesise data into actionable dashboards for senior leadership.

Agile Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters to map competitive talent landscapes, leverage AI sourcing tools, and build diverse pipelines for early-career and high-growth tracks.

Employee Experience Architecture: Optimise the digital onboarding and offboarding lifecycle to maximise day-one productivity and maintain high employee sentiment scores.

Employer Branding & Culture: Co-create multimedia internal communications and campus outreach initiatives to strengthen the employer brand across digital channels.

Special Projects: Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on strategic initiatives, including performance management revamps, competency mapping, and cross-functional workforce planning.
