Indium Corporation Of America is seeking a Senior HR Executive – APAC Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics to lead salary benchmarking, benefits administration and workforce analytics across APAC. You will coordinate with regional HR teams, support budgeting and salary review cycles, and develop dashboards to inform management decisions.
The role requires strong Excel skills (PivotTables/XLOOKUP), experience with HRIS/payroll systems, and excellent stakeholder communication.
To provide hands-on compensation and benefits support, workforce analytics and reporting across APAC while supporting regional HR programms and ensuring data accuracy, compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market-pay analysis across APAC.
Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job grades and job-evaluation records.
Support annual salary reviews, promotions, bonuses and incentive exercises.
Consolidate payroll and C&B information from APAC locations and perform accuracy checks.
Analyse employee-benefit utilisation, competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Support the harmonisation of benefits and HR policies across APAC.
Prepare workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, labour costs, overtime, absenteeism and recruitment.
Develop monthly dashboards and management reports using Excel or Power BI.
Analyse HR data and provide clear findings and recommendations to management.
Support manpower planning, annual personnel-cost budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure employee data and HRIS records are complete, accurate and audit-ready.
Coordinate with country HR teams, Finance, payroll providers and external consultants.
Monitor regional statutory and employment requirements with support from the respective local HR representatives.
Handle confidential salary and employee information with appropriate discretion.
Support regional HR projects and other operational HR responsibilities when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
At least five to eight years of HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits.
Experience supporting multiple APAC countries or employees across different locations.
Good knowledge of salary benchmarking, payroll, benefits administration and personnel-cost analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI, HRIS or payroll systems would be advantageous.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
Experience in an MNC or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
