Job summary

Hottemp (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Procurement Officer to source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare purchase orders, while negotiating pricing and delivery terms to ensure quality materials and on-time delivery.

You will monitor inventory levels, maintain supplier records, and coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain will be an added advantage
