Job summary

The role targets fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years in production planning or supply chain, requiring strong analytical and data-analysis skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and good communication to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems or planning software (desirable but not essential for fresh graduates).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple planning priorities.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
