Job summary

Systemair Sdn Bhd is seeking a data and IT support professional to maintain data quality across business systems and support master data maintenance and system setup. The role includes identifying inconsistencies, developing documentation, and supporting reporting and analysis with accurate data.

The candidate will develop and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows, build Power Automate solutions, and assist departments in digitalizing internal processes while contributing to ongoing process

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data management principles.
• Good Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to document processes clearly and work in a structured manner.

Business Systems Support

Provide day-to-day support for business systems and related applications

Assist with system setup, testing, and user support.

IT Support & Coordination

Provide first-line support for common hardware and software issues.

Coordinate with Group IT and external providers where required.

Support user onboarding, device setup, and local IT administration.

Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

Support implementation of Group IT standards and policies.

Candidate Profile

Required

Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

Good understanding of databases, data structures, and data management principles.

Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially SharePoint and Excel.

Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to document processes clearly and work in a structured manner

Good communication skills and able to support users across different departments.

Willing to learn new systems and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred

Experience with SharePoint administration and document management.

Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with structured data.

Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.

Experience supporting business systems or ERP systems.

Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, or digitalization projects.
