Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & IT Automation & Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Excel VBA/Macros, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline business processes, automate reporting, and develop scalable digital solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, particularly Finance and Operations teams, to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Design, develop, and maintain Excel VBA macros and automation tools to streamline business processes.
• Identify manual and repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across various business functions.

SharePoint Development & Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, security, and document management structures.
• Develop customized SharePoint solutions to support business collaboration and information management.

Power Apps Development

• Build and maintain Power Apps applications to support business operations.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications based on business requirements.

Power BI & Reporting

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business and management reporting.
• Create and maintain data models, DAX measures, and data transformations.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple sources including ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel files, and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training, user support, and documentation for developed solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to prioritize and execute enhancement requests.

Support & Maintenance

• Monitor existing automation solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions comply with company IT security and governance standards.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: 3- 5 years
• Field of experience: IT automation, business intelligence, or application development
• Soft Skills: Strong Analytical and problem‑solving skills, stakeholder management
• Tools or Software (Required): MS Office, Oracle, SAP, Office 365
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Industry Background or Experience (Required): IT Automation
