Job summary

Base Maintenance Malaysia is seeking an IT administrator in Subang Jaya to manage IT assets and support the deployment of IT equipment. You will oversee software licenses, provide frontline support, assist new hires with accounts, and coordinate ERP/CRM/HRIS usage across departments.

You will maintain Active Directory, security, and logon scripts while promoting Office 365 and SharePoint adoption. A background in manufacturing or related sectors is beneficial.

Qualifications

• NTBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivale
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT, digital workplace, or application suppo
• Hands-on experience in supporting ERP/CRM/Financial Systems
• Working knowledge with HR Management System is preferr
• Strong knowledge of computer technologies, IAM, Office 365, Teams/SharePoint, Power Automate
• Familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a pl
• Ability to adopt and implement new digital tools and emerging technologi
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skil

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets ensuring accurate inventory and assist Head of Department to plan for timely deployment of IT equipment.
• Oversee software asset management, including installation, updates, and license reconciliation.
• Provide frontline IT support for staff, resolving issues and escalation when necessary.
• Assist new employees with account setup, email, token access, and onboarding to IT systems.
• Support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR System, SAP B1) use by business departments and coordinate with central IT teams.
• Maintain Active Directory groups, user access rights, and logon script configurations.
• Support and develop digital workplace tools (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, collaboration apps, power automate).
• Promote the adoption of IT systems and digital productivity tools within respective departments.
• Manage user access control for all IT enterprise systems and document libraries of respective business departments.
• Monitor and optimize usage of file servers and SharePoint storage.
• Act as SPOC for IT initiatives, gathering feedback and driving awareness of IT projects within business departments.
• Support emerging digital technologies and workplace innovation to enhance safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Any other IT related functions when required.
