Job summary

SC ENGINEERING PACKING & MACHINERY MOVING SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD is seeking a driven professional to lead digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. You will develop digital strategies and drive automation across departments to boost efficiency.

Collegial collaboration with engineering, operations and finance will be essential as you manage projects, implement AI and data analytics, and monitor environmental metrics to ensure ESG objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and sustainability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of automation and data analytics.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job description

Develop and execute digitalization strategies

Identify opportunities for digital tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Manage the integration and adoption of technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics into business processes.

Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of digital solutions.

Business Process Improvement:

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for enhancement.

Develop and implement process improvement plans aimed at increasing productivity

Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Regularly review and audit business processes to ensure they are optimized and up-to-date.

Sustainability Initiatives:

Develop and implement strategies to integrate sustainable practices into business operations, working together with consultants.

Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics such as energy consumption, waste reduction, and carbon footprint.

Ensure that we hit our objectives for Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives in the company

Work towards achieving certification and ensure compliance.

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Prepare detailed reports on the progress and impact of digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and initiatives for future reference.

Training and Development:

Organize and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new digital tools and sustainable practices.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.

Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and sustainability.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of automation and data analytics.
