Job summary

Systemair Sdn Bhd is seeking a data and IT support professional to maintain data quality across business systems and support master data maintenance and system setup. The role includes identifying inconsistencies, developing documentation, and supporting reporting and analysis with accurate data.

The candidate will develop and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows, build Power Automate solutions, and assist departments in digitalizing internal processes while contributing to ongoing process

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data management principles.
• Good Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to document processes clearly and work in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data quality across business systems.
• Support master data maintenance and system setup.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and setup issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Support reporting and business analysis through accurate and structured data.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Build and support Power Automate solutions.
• Improve document management and information accessibility.
• Assist departments in digitalizing and improving internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Provide day-to-day support for business systems and related applications.
• Assist with system setup, testing, and user support.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Support future system enhancements and improvements.
