• Academic foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience: 3–5+ years as a Business System Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Product Analyst in software delivery or platform environments.
• Core mastery: BRD/FRD, workflow mapping, and process gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Requirements: Gather, analyze, and convert complex operational policies into functional specs, process flows, and developer-ready BRD/user stories.
• Cross-Functional Blueprinting: Partner with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and Engineering squads to align technical capabilities with real-world business logic.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Evaluate workflows, identify system friction points, and engineer seamless continuous improvements across digital platforms.
• Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead SIT and UAT to guarantee deployed features meet business rules and performance benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Synchronization: Serve as the primary technical interface, managing expectations, troubleshooting post-implementation issues, and documenting the system.

Working at the core of our development lifecycle, you will ensure our platforms deploy cleanly, perform flawlessly, and scale securely.

Core Execution Focus

System Architecture & Requirements: Gather, analyze, and convert complex operational policies into functional specifications, process flows, and developer-ready BRD/user stories.

Cross-Functional Blueprinting: Partner with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and Engineering squads to align technical capabilities with real-world business logic.

Process Mapping & Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows, identify system friction points, and engineer seamless continuous improvements across digital platforms.

Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee deployed features meet strict business rules and performance benchmarks.

Stakeholder Synchronization: Serve as the primary technical interface, managing expectations, troubleshooting post-implementation issues, and authoring clear system documentation.

What You Bring

Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business System Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Product Analyst in a software delivery or platform environment.

Core Technical Mastery: Deep experience in requirement documentation (BRD/FRD), workflow mapping, and process gap analysis.

Agile & Data Exposure: Practical familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks; working knowledge of SQL or basic data analytics is a strong plus.

Analytical Posture: Sharp problem-solving instincts, exceptional documentation discipline, and a proactive ownership mindset.
