What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves

• 5–8 Years of Fuel: Hands-on experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Systems Business Analysis.
• Academic Foundation: Degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, Business, or a related tech field.
• Agile DNA: Solid track record operating inside Agile/Scrum frameworks to ship complex, multi-stakeholder digital products.
• Regulatory Precision: Proven ability to translate policy, compliance, and strict operational rules into bulletproof software logic.

Tech & Strategic Stack

• Platform Scale: Experience scaling B2B enterprise platforms, SaaS, or large-scale workforce systems.
• Product Analytics: Data-driven mindset with experience using modern product management & tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• Regulated Workflows: Familiarity navigating government-tech (GovTech) ecosystem rules or strictly audited operational compliance frameworks.
