Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Business Analyst to analyze applications and systems for migration to new platforms, including requirement gathering, documentation, and writing technical user stories. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Job description

Ability to analyze applications and systems for migration to new platforms, including requirement gathering, documentation, technical user story writing, and system integration flows.

Strong technical background with proven business analyst experience.

Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is an advantage.

Solid understanding of API integration, web services, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for system connectivity and data sharing.

Ability to interpret system architecture and integration diagrams.

Hands‑on experience in designing and building notification journeys/systems, or supporting back‑end notification projects (e.g., SMS, Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Voice, etc.).

Additional Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirement gathering, analysis, research, technical user story writing, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of LOS or notification systems is an advantage.
