Job summary

Mitsubishi HC Capital Malaysia Sdn is seeking a Business Head to lead the growth and expansion of our commercial financing business from the Head Office in Kuala Lumpur with nationwide mobility.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, build partnerships with SMEs, local corporates, vendors and manufacturers, and lead high-performing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in banking, leasing or financial services.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in secured Loans and asset-based financing products.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute business strategies to grow Business Loan, Operating Lease and Equipment Financing portfolios.
• Acquire and manage relationships with SME, Commercial, and Local Corporate customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business teams.
