Job summary

Mitsubishi HC Capital Malaysia Sdn is recruiting for a marketing professional to promote ICT equipment leasing solutions and manage client relationships in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive revenue growth and support existing clients with service coordination and maintenance.

The role requires a degree in business or related field and at least 2 years’ experience in ICT equipment marketing or financial products. Travel and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required.
• At least 2 years of marketing ICT equipment or related financial products experience.
• Knowledge of ICT equipment financing and leasing market trends is a plus.
• Self-driven, extrovert and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset, organisational and analytical skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote ICT equipment leasing solutions to existing and potential clients to drive growth.
• Provide ongoing customer support including service coordination and maintenance for clients.
• Conduct site visits and KYC assessments for new applications with credit recommendations.
• Manage assigned cases with timely follow-up within SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers for long-term partnerships.
• Review existing accounts and assist in collections when needed.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing activities to meet revenue and client targets.
