Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in any discipline.
• Experience in equipment financing, Hire Purchase or related financial products.
• Established marketing/business network with ability to generate opportunities.
• Strong credit writing, financial analysis and customer assessment skills.
• Excellent prospecting, marketing, communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through prospecting, marketing activities, referrals, and relationship building to achieve individual sales targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and business partners to retain customers and identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
• Assess and recommend credit applications within turnaround time, including due diligence and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate credit documentation and coordinate with internal departments for timely approval and disbursement.
• Monitor accounts and portfolio performance to identify credit risks and maintain portfolio quality.
• Structure business with pricing and terms to achieve yield and profitability within risk parameters.
• Support collections and follow-up to minimize delinquency and non-performing accounts.
• Manage group-referred cases from assessment to closure.
• Monitor sales pipeline, portfolio quality, and yield to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
