Randstad Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new customer acquisition and expand our HRIS, payroll and HR SaaS footprint across Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, map stakeholders, and build a strong pipeline targeting manufacturing and retail/F&B sectors with large workforces.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in HRIS, Payroll, HR SaaS, ERP or related business software solutions.

Responsabilités

Drive new business development for HRIS, payroll and HR SaaS solutions across the Malaysian market.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through needs analysis, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across HR, Payroll, Finance and Business functions.
Develop strong relationships with prospects and understand their HR and workforce management challenges.
Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales through customer onboarding.
Focus on acquiring customers within the manufacturing and retail/F&B sectors, particularly businesses with large employee/workforce populations.
