Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee full-scale people operations and deliver key workforce strategies to enable growth across its multi-site retail operations. You will direct talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations and compliance, while shaping workforce planning, performance management and software enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or related field.
• Extensive generalist HR experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance in a multi-site environment.
• Deep knowledge of local employment legislation and industrial relations standards.
• Experience driving process optimization, performance management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day HR functions across talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and administrative operations.
• Formulate strategic workforce planning and talent strategies aligned with business targets.
• Lead employee relations frameworks, compliance management, and industrial relations resolution.
• Manage statutory compliance, compensation policies, and workforce mobility operations.
• Guide organizational development initiatives, performance review frameworks, and enterprise software improvements.
