Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to grow its property and facilities management portfolio in Malaysia. You will build partnerships with developers, asset managers, and corporate clients, while managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

The role requires 3–5 years in business development or related sales, with autonomy to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and healthcare benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years proven track record in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, evaluate, and pursue new business leads to grow the company’s property and facilities management portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with property developers, JMB/MC members, commercial asset managers, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
• Gather market intelligence and benchmark competitor strategies to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
• Lead client pitches, perform site inspections, and engage in industry networking to drive brand representation.
• Monitor real estate market trends, benchmark competitor pricing, and identify untapped industry sectors to refine growth strategies.
