is expanding its Business Development and Tender team, inviting candidates for Executive, Business Development and Executive / Senior Executive, Tender roles in the infrastructure sector. We welcome fresh graduates and professionals, with opportunities across BD and Tender functions including preparing tenders, market research, reporting to regional offices and headquarters, coordinating bid submissions and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Our client is expanding its Business Development & Tender team and is looking for candidates to fill positions across different functions.

Opportunities are available for Executive, Business Development and Executive / Senior Executive, Tender.

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are interested in developing their careers in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Promote the company's brand, services and engineering capabilities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.

Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and business proposals.

Prepare reports and presentations for management, regional offices and headquarters.

Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, bid documents, questionnaires and pre-qualification requirements.

Compile tender information, project references and supporting materials for submission.

Monitor tender deadlines and ensure submissions are accurate and completed on time.

Support contract reviews and maintain relationships with existing and potential business associates.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may be considered for Business Development positions.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Tender positions.

Experience in infrastructure is an advantage.
