AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Tender Coordinator to coordinate and prepare bid submission documents for tenders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and coordinating inputs from planning, QA/QC, HSE, engineering, and production teams.

The role involves vetting tenders, tracking due dates, and compiling information from multiple sources to support submissions, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents for tendering activities.
• Organize and harness efforts of all involved departments for tendering and contract review.
• Coordinate customer bid requirements across planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc.
• Vet incoming tenders, note due dates, project start/end dates, and submission instructions.
• Collate tender information from various sources to support submissions.
• Monitor due dates and ensure submissions are checked, bound, packed and prepared.
• Ensure tender submissions are standardized in format, font, logo, etc., per customer requirements.

Description du poste

To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering / bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.

To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering / bidding activities and contract review.

To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers.

To assist Business Development & Tender department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates / customers.

To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.

To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.

To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.

To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tenderrequirements.

Requirements:

Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 3 year’s relevant working experience.

Preferably in infrastructures, building and MRT/LRT projects.

Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.

Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre-and post-contract duties.
