Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries. You will promote and sell company products, solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, a background in engineering/manufacturing/printing tech, and proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, printing tech, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial sectors; fresh graduates considered.
• Business level English and Bahasa Malaysia; Japanese skills a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Printing Technology, or related fields.

• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, manufacturing, engineering solutions, printing, screen printing, electronics, or related industries.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may be considered.

• Business level of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Having Japanese skills is an advantage.)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
