Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries. You will promote and sell company products, solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, a background in engineering/manufacturing/printing tech, and proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, printing tech, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial sectors; fresh graduates considered.
• Business level English and Bahasa Malaysia; Japanese skills a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Promote and sell company products, solutions, and services to customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
