Candidates will create strategies, analyze market trends, build client relationships, present proposals for renewable energy systems and PPAs, and collaborate with engineering teams. Willingness to travel across Malaysia and overseas and strong Japanese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience preferably in solar/renewable energy.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Proficient in Japanese with strong business-level communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, achieve sales targets and increase market share.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about clean energy and experienced in driving sales growth within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including businesses, municipalities, and institutions.

Understand client energy needs and provide customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and present comprehensive proposals for renewable energy systems and power purchase agreements.

Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

Requirements:

Willing to travel within Malaysia and oversea

Proficient in Japanese, with strong business-level communication skills (Malaysian candidates only)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Possess valid driving license.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
