Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a leading medical device pioneer to exclusively seek a high-performing Business Development Manager (Commercial & Clinical). The role reports to the Head of Commercial and is based in Klang Valley with a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will formulate and execute commercial sales plans to expand market share, penetrate new hospital accounts, and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or specialty healthcare.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in orthopaedics, injectables, wound care, or surgical devices is a plus.
• Coaching ability and skill in motivating frontline reps and structuring field call plans.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute commercial sales plans to expand market share.

about the criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or specialty healthcare, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in orthopaedics, injectables, wound care, or surgical devices is an added advantage.
• Proven coaching ability, skilled at motivating frontline representatives and structuring field call plans.
