Job summary

Our client is an established financial services company seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, vendor management and product development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing IT leasing and financing solutions, and managing key client relationships to support the company's business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and strategic business partners.
• Identify, source and onboard new vendors and customers to expand business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements and financing proposals.
• Conduct financial assessments and credit analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Develop pricing proposals and coordinate submissions for management approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Vendor Management, Financial Services, Hire Purchase, Leasing or a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial calculations, transaction structuring and credit risk assessment.
• Experience in IT financial services, technology leasing or equipment financing is an added advantage.
