AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. invites seasoned banking and financing professionals to join as Business Head for the Financial Industry, focusing on term loans, equipment financing, and leasing. The role demands strategic leadership, deep client networks, and the ability to scale portfolios across SME and corporate segments.

You will formulate growth strategies, mentor a high‑performing team, and drive partnerships with vendors and strategic allies to expand market share in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in banking, leasing or financial services.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in secured loans and asset-based financing products.
• Experience in vendor financing programmes and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.

• Formulate and execute business strategies to grow business loan, operating lease and equipment financing portfolios.
• Acquire and manage relationships with SME, Commercial, and Local Corporate customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years’ experience in banking, leasing or financial services.

At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience in secured Loans and asset-based financing products

Strong relationships within SME, Commercial Banking, and Local Corporate segments.

Relevant experience in Equipment Lease, Rental and Financing business is a significant advantage.

Experience in vendor financing programmes and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
