Axross is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence across Malaysia, Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities into commercial engagements, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on pipeline development.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive deal progression, and collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions for clients while exploring market development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in business development or sales in B2B settings.
• Exposure to industrial, HVAC, engineering, or technical solutions.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritise target industries and accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline aligned with Axross' strategy.
• Develop outreach strategies including cold outreach and referrals.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions and support proposals.
