Job summary
Asia Recruit is seeking a skilled B2B/Industrial Sales professional in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role targets individuals with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields and 3–5 years of experience in B2B, technical, or industrial sales.
Experience in factory automation or engineering products is highly preferred. You will develop new business, manage industrial accounts, present solutions, prepare quotations, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Factory Automation, Manufacturing, Industrial Components, MRO, or Engineering Products is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing industrial accounts.
- Promote Factory Automation, mechanical components, industrial parts, MRO, and engineering solutions.
- Develop customers within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, maintenance teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
