Ultima Markets, a secure CFD trading gateway, is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist the sales team on trading and account matters, support client onboarding, and help maintain accurate client databases.
The role involves cross-department coordination with Marketing and Backend Operations, and offers flexible shift coverage. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, with strong English and Chinese
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with forex systems or fintech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to sales inquiries on trading and account matters; escalate to Backend Operations when needed.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate data entry.
