Job summary

VC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in the engineering and construction sector.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships and promoting M&E, HVAC/ACMV, cleanroom and other engineering solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/BD, a degree or diploma in marketing, business or engineering, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing or business development within engineering/construction.
Experience promoting engineering services or industrial projects is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Proactive, self-motivated, commercially driven and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities within engineering, construction, MEP, data centre and related sectors.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, developers and partners.
Promote engineering services including M&E, HVAC/ACMV, cleanroom and other solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify projects and trends.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations and quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions; follow up on leads and tenders.
Develop and maintain a database of clients and opportunities; achieve sales targets and KPIs.
