Taiko Drum Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Sales) to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The role will involve presenting products, negotiating terms, and driving sales targets from the Melaka plant.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and is capable of independent travel. Attractive benefits and career development await in a growing SEA manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

To identify and develop new business opportunities, actively prospecting for potential customers.

To maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

To conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with clients.

To achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

To monitor industry trends, gather competitor information, and report market insights.

To prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up promptly with clients.

To coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.

To maintain proper records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior/Management as and when required.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the assigned areas.

Position to be based in Melaka plant.
