We are seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor to join our Sales team and manage the end-to-end customer order process, from order placement through delivery and payment collection.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Inventory, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and customer expectations are consistently met.
This role is suited to a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and taking ownership from order to delivery.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, order management, sales coordination or a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food ingredients, chemicals or other B2B industries will be an advantage.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with SAP, ERP or other order management systems will be an advantage.
Proactive, customer-focused and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order status, delivery schedules and any changes or issues.
Verify product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms and delivery requirements with customers.
Coordinate closely with Production, Inventory, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor order and delivery progress, proactively identifying and resolving delays, discrepancies or customer issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and effective follow-up.
Coordinate invoicing and follow up on outstanding customer payments where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, transactions, communications and related documentation.
Monitor customer satisfaction, conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare Customer Satisfaction Analysis Reports (CSAR).
Support sales reporting, customer analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
