Job summary

DSN Advanced Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Business Development Executive to expand B2B opportunities in packaging and industrial sectors.

You will identify and develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with procurement teams and key accounts. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in B2B sales or related fields, with travelling within Johor and other regions. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCount or Illustrator is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales or manufacturing-related industries.
• Experience in packaging, corrugated carton or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Join DSN Advanced Technology as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in expanding B2B business opportunities within the packaging and industrial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and develop new business opportunities within electronics, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, quotation, negotiation and closing.

Build strong relationships with procurement teams, decision-makers and key corporate accounts.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions based on technical and business needs.

Collaborate with design, technical and production teams to deliver cost-effective customised solutions.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, revenue forecasts and sales performance reports.

Support customer retention, upselling opportunities and business expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales or manufacturing-related industries.

Experience in packaging, corrugated carton, industrial printing or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

Willing to travel within Johor and other regions with own transport and valid driving licence.
