Taiko Drum Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Sales) to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The role will involve presenting products, negotiating terms, and driving sales targets from the Melaka plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities; prospect potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
