In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our customer base in the Pet Nutrition industry. You will play a key role in the strategic growth of the company by identifying and converting new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales activities in assigned regions

Manage and grow key accounts, including distributors and direct customers

Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling

Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to the Head of Sales & Marketing

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners

Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales

Proven skills in client and customer account management

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in sales operation, persuasion, analysis, and contract negotiation

Pre-existing customer/distributor network is a plus

Preferably holds a degree or academic background in a science-related field (e.g., Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline) or business development related field

Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage

Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region in Malaysia
